I have served as a mediator in private, state, and federal capacities since 1993. In addition to my experience as a mediator, I have a Masters in Human Behavior from National University and have served as a trainer for the U.S. Department of Justice. I can mediate or arbitrate all legal matters including, but not limited to, labor, employment, contracts, workman's compensation, personal injury, condemnation/eminent domain, land use, construction, and federal and municipal law.
